I put one of these in about 2 years ago you should put it on a dedicated line or the lights might dim if shared but it really adds a nice touch to a room. I paid $400 for mine so this is a steal.

Electric fireplaces are great. I have another model installed in an actual fireplace. Look real and no need to haul in the firewood.
