Great opener. I have the same setup (installed four years ago). Went up easy, really quiet, and has never required any maintenance or adjustment. Heck, the batteries they provided for the external keypad still work.
I personally installed 2 of these....easy, but the center beams slide into each other and don't use bolts...they use the tension if the belt to keep them secured...very silent...huge improvement
These Genie openers are great.. Genie is all I have. The problem tho, is with their nasty little remote control. The buttons are TERRIBLE. No tactile feedback whatsoever. You cannot feel the button being pressed... No audible click. Just mush. I replaced all of mine with this from

excellent deal. just prepare to have someone help you or be very patient when installing. if you plan to hire someone, it makes more sense to buy from them because they have the rail as a solid unit. I believe this one has a modular rail that you put together in pieces
If you're handy, good with tools and problem solving and if necessary can follow a YouTube instructional video, then this job is actually not difficult.
