Bought the V8 version of this refurbed from

, the motor worked, but the additional attachments would not. They just couldn't make connection to the base unit unless you pushed really hard when using. Went back and took two months to get a refund. Wasn't

's fault, but Dyson customer support just absolutely sucked.
