metal bristles will detach and get imbedded in your throat, get a nylon one instead of needing surgical intervention to remove microscopic metal bristles

^ Never happened after a half century of cleaning grills. I'll take my chances.

Nylon bristles are horrible for cleaning gunk baked onto a grill grate.
