$799 $799

In non-bargain news, Apple announced new iPhones, Apple Watches and AirPods today. They rolled out 4 models of the iPhone 14, replacing last year's iPhone 13 lineup with new colors, longer battery life, upgraded CPU / GPU, and improved camera performance. Apple also turned the notch on the iPhone 14 Pro into a "Dynamic Island," basically a creative area for notifications / live activity alerts.

The pricing stays the same as last year, so the 6.1" iPhone 14 starts at $799 / 6.7" iPhone 14 Plus at $899. The iPhone 14 Pro models start at $999 and go all the way up to $1599.

Pre-orders for all 4 models start on 9/9 (5 AM PT / 8AM ET). iPhone 14 & iPhone 14 Pro will be available on 9/16, iPhone 14 Plus on Oct 7. As usual, pricing on previous gen models dropped $100.

Here's all the other new hardware announcements:

Not a great deal but I was able to trade in an old unused iPhone 8 for a $350 credit towards a 14 Pro on an existing plan. They do hook you in for 3 years of payments but that didn't bother me as I have been with ATT for 15 years and don't see myself changing anytime soon. I kept my old SE2 for my son to use on wifi.
