Seems like vehicle jump starter would have been a welcome feature addition to the product, though it does state "Car Socket + 5.5 mm DC: 12V 10A (120W Max)" so in theory you could hook this up to your vehicle cigarette lighter (unknown if you have to provide your own cable) to medium-rate charge a discharged vehicle battery, just not provide any cranking amps.
Cranking with this connected, with a discharged primary starting battery, would most likely blow the lighter outlet fuse.

these units were not meant for very high drain devices such as car starters, they're meant for high capacity at a moderate current output.
I "suppose" you could slowly charge a car battery with appropriate cables, but not sure what the manufacture has to say.
For that purpose, my preference would be a SLA Sealed Lead Acid ~17Ah
or Lithium-Polymer jump starter.
