Not only the Win11 issue but the quality of these refurbs has gone down hill. What used to be true A grade refurbs are now Bs, borderline C grade. They arent testing the devices that well, either.

Dell refurbish is not as good as before. It was ok at old times however the quality/reliability is not as great as before.
