Considering 's consistently declining packing quality, I stopped buying anything liquid or liquid-adjacent. It's a real mess and hassle returning bursted contents to them and the replacements are always packed the exact same way. Not to mention the mess it makes on the other things they cram into the same box.
if ur a prime member all you have to do is call customer service and report the cans or what ever are damaged within 30 days. they will issue a refund without question. 1-888-280-4331

Food items are often (usually) non-returnable, so you just take a pic of the damage, contact them and get a refund.
I just bought 3 boxes of 12 cans of 12 oz soda (coke product) and the box came with one full box, one box broken in half and 18 loose cans. somehow 6 of the cans didn't make it. also: non-returnable.
Plus side: I called CS and they gave me a full refund.
It looked like the boxes of cans broke open and some fell out.
