I've owned one of these for a few months and it's an ok, but not excellent, sounding speaker. The built-in light show is dumb and I have mine turned off. Battery life is super excellent and the speaker can charge using either the included proprietary charger or with a standard Micro USB charging cable. Microphone sensitivity for Google Assistant is awesome, I've had this speaker respond when I was in the next room with a Google Nest Mini basically between me and the Sony speaker.

The speaker has a "Live" mode you can turn on that boosts the high end and gives the sound 3D spatial separation. I do turn it on sometimes and it helps the sound quality. You press and release the "Live" button to turn on/off live mode, you press and hold the "Live" button to turn on/off the Extra Bass mode. The speaker usually sounds terrible with Extra Bass mode turned off.

I paid $80 for mine, so I guess that this is a pretty good deal for $65 plus shipping (or with free Prime shipping).
