I had two top end Max's in a row with air pockets blow out after less than 20 wears. Haven't bought a Nike shoe since. Looking online I found plenty of similar stories. Nike now offers a two year warranty I see. Back then it was one year, and I was a few weeks beyond that so I didn't bother.
