Indeed the reviews are interesting. Over 2000 reviews, 9% fall into the 1 & 2 star category. But that 9% is telling that something is amiss with the design.

I have (for 5+ years) very similar if not identical piece of different brand. It was plagued with nozzles clogging problem -- until I disassembled it and completely cleaned the nozzles from some brittle remnants of cheap hermetic they used. After that -- no problems. Great tool, I love it.
