    Still I don't understand going through the bother of adding a 16G Optane memory and then adding a 1TB HDD? Why not just put in an SSD?

    And.... When did HDD EVERY perform faster then SSD?

    The trade-off for HDD vs. SSD is that SSD while faster, has a shorter life span.

    Please correct me if your knowledge is better.
