For this kind of price it should also have a true rms voltage regulation. Apc makes a similar device like this that has EMI/RF filtering which is extremely important with audio and computers/phones in home these days. You can get a decent ac filter for $40-50 usually. Just need to research. On the flip side, this device has a really cool voltage level display where you can watch how your local electric company varies all the time or not.
This is a magnolia item which means it’s marked up at least 10x. For this much you can get an entire UPS power backup unit and not just a simple voltage regulator.
