If you're wondering WHY-- This is useful for Sous Vide, if you're doing anything that has liquid in the package. It's harder to vacuum seal bags with liquid in them with a standard vacuum sealer. You can help it by raising the vacuum sealer higher than the bag so gravity helps, but this will give you a better result.
