One of my vehicles that I routinely drive is old enough to have a tape deck. I have one of the old-school adapters I can plug in to my phone if I want to. Thing about old cars, though, is they're not as quiet as newer cars. I find it much easier to just put one headphone in one ear, which blocks a lot of the road noise, and allows me to listen to podcasts without having to blast the radio, and I can still hear everything going on around me.
Long story short...this probably isn't worth the trouble.
Oh, How I wish this was available some time ago. I finally got tired of the wired 3.5mm version and updated the stereo. If you are the slightest bit handy it's not too difficult to swap a radio. However if you like the factory stereo look this could be the answer! This and an Auto.....!!!!
