I have the smaller model, BOOM 2, and it is a fantastic little speaker with amazing sound for its size. I can’t even imagine how loud this thing gets.

I've heard Boom 2. Sounds terrible.
Missing treble and base. Sounds like a can of sardines.
Maybe they added base? Would need to see some serious reviews.
