It's not entirely safe for animals either. I do occasionally use the powder form on zucchini plants because it does a good job against stingbugs. During years where I didn't treat the plants at all, once fall came, there was a massive population of the stinkbugs and several found their way indoors... and they live for months, hiding behind things and then dive-bombing you.
Yeah I have the same issue in my area too Dave with the stink bugs. I find them inside my house every fall/winter. It’s an annoyance but I would pick that over killing beneficial insects such as bees (pollinators), spiders, ladybugs etc
