This is a very solid TV, sadly still one step outside of my price range. Better than LG/Samsung at the same price-level, though their higher-priced equivalent models do beat it. AFAIK, Samsung still doesn't do Dolby-Vision, one of the main reasons I'm staying away from them these days.
This guy definitely beats the Hisense H9F and H8F, the TCL R625 and (naturally) the Vizio Quantum X M-series, the H9F coming closest out of those. If you're wondering, why that specific lineup, all five (including this one) are contenders for my Black Friday splurge, depending on their final BF discounted prices.
has FALD and dirty screen effect issues. Read the forums. Yes, beautiful TV but you have to deal with some flashing of white lines like on football field and panel uniformity in the middle which during panning will show problems.
