Bought a 3 pack of these and they were junk. One wouldn't turn off, one wouldn't come on in the dark and the other only stayed on for 2 seconds.

It stays bright only when you constantly do something in the dark. I have at least two dozen of these and they all work brilliantly. Remember, the key is keep doing things in the dark...
