Complete piece of junk! Received it last week and sent it back immediately. Ugly, bulky, cheapo, with crappy ANR (it is noise reduction, not cancellation). is not hardware company

Thank you.
dude - the double-tap feature turns noise reduction on/off. they have 3 sizes of wing tips that allow you to pick the right size for your elephant ears. I guess you prolly didn't hear that, being that the actual hardware resembles the size of the Bose buds that just happen to have been around for a while and these are based on. Oh yeah, with Alexa integration the entire life experience changes for the better.
This comment is on the category of "true wireless" headphones in general, not Echo Buds specifically. I truly don't understand the value. I'd lose one in a hot second. If I couldn't ping my phone I'd be buying a new one every week at minimum. I guess only fastidious people are geared to make use of such a product.
These look so cool, and I have heard great things about Echo products, and as much as Alexa comes in handy from time to time, these look like they would be a great guy, especially when Black Friday deals kick in.
