Bad reviews. Fossil accepts orders they don't have stock for and don't notify you for weeks. Happened to me a few months ago; it was supposed to be a birthday present. Just skip them.
Re: Fossil order cancellations, the same thing just happened to me. Placed my order and 2 weeks later was told “we’ve had to cancel your order. You will mot be charged”. This was 5 days ago and I still haven’t received my refund. Customer service is unresponsive as well
Same here . . . 3 weeks after my order I got an email asking me to review my watch, one problem, I never received it. Emails went ignored, after a phone call, I was told that my order was cancelled due to lack of stock??? Pure B.S. Promised a 25% discount for my inconvenience, went to their website and EVERYONE was getting 30% off and you can't stack offers? WTF, you're going to screw me out of 5% because you already screwed me? Bye!
