3.9 is two servings... LOL! Most would eat one package (lest they remain hungry) and then die from sodium poisoning. Manufacturers are delusional.

^ Freeze dried, so that 3.9oz turns into a little over a pound of food once boiling water is added. Sodium, sure, most prepared food is high in it.
