I've purchased many a chip Windows license like this. And with only one exception, all licenses were valid and activated by Microsoft when I tried. And the one that didn't work, the seller tried to send more keys to me but non worked. So they just refunded me. All in all, it's worth a try. By the way Crazy 123.... Bill Gates doesn't sell anything for Microsoft. He is barely involved with less than 2% ownership of shares.
