    I had the previous generation of this model. I could never get WiFI working well. Despite having a high end CPU, it would lag constantly. I could not use any sort of VOIP (Zoom, etc.) because of it. Luckily, I got it through work, so I don't pay for it with my own money. I switched jobs and was happy to turn it in. I swore I would never will I buy Lenovo again, but the funny part is that the new job gave me a typical boring commercial Lenovo laptop with no touch screen or fancy shmancy aluminum case, It worked great ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
