I ordered two of these at the beginning of the pandemic and they are fantastic for this price, However, one showed up with a faulty DisplayPort port and it was absolute hell trying to get a replacement from Lenovo. I'm talking two months and dozens of phone calls etc. Really **** service and I won't be buying Lenovo products because of it.
As far as the monitors themselves, for whatever reason, one is slightly taller than the other two (the original faulty one and the replacement that showed up) and it's because of differentiating materials (aka nothing I'm doing wrong.) I'm sure larger companies like this have them assembled in different locations or one production run used slightly different materials or something ilke that. On its face, this isn't a large issue but when you buy them for the purpose of dual monitors it is a bit distracting.
Also, the user interface of the buttons on the monitor (you know -- to adjust your settings) is really difficult to navigate. Monitors and TV's aren't really known for great user interface but Lenovo's is especially bad in this model.
Also, the headphone stand is a nice feature which I do use, but depending on the weight of your headphones it can tilt your screen which if you're really into your desk aesthetics can be a nuisance.
The display is nice and I enjoy the small bevels and the construction is superb (but heavy).
That said, despite those three issues and me personally not willing to support Lenovo with future dollars -- this is a good deal if you're willing to accept that if you get a faulty unit it's going to be a nightmare to get resolved.
