Intel the Masters of we fkd you for over 8 years. Now finally giving better product but charging you up the a$$ for it.
Just buy any Ryzen 1200-1700 $95-225 based on which version you want. And any $50-75 motherboard All including nice coolers unless you get X versions. Also any 1400+ will run all games pretty amazing. 3.7-4.0ghz clocks are a click away..
^agree. with a cheaper motherboard, this won't be a bad deal (at this price), though. Ryzen 2 coming in Q1 2018, so I'd almost say wait and see...but this certainly is a beast for most gaming if you need something now and prefer Intel. Ryzen's threadcount for 1600 or 1700 make it a little better in many productivity loads, especially after modest overclock (on stock cooler).
