One of the two I received doesn't seem to be new. Seal was torn open, twisty ties that hold headphones to the box were free floating in the box, instruction guide missing.... Item seems to be a
Target
"house brand". Build quality is middling. I sent message to seller saying I want an acceptable discount for the misleading description of "new" or a refund.
