Not a bad deal overall, other than swapping to Google Fi (which also isn't necessarily horrible, but want to check the coverage). The phone gets pretty high reviews for that price point.
Service on Fi is pretty good, especially if you have a "designed for Fi" phone which can switch between Sprint, T-Mobile and a few other carriers. I also like the idea that the plan lets you have up to 5 additional data SIMs that will share your data allotment. I keep a spare older phone powered down in my glove compartment, in case I leave the house and forget my main phone. It's a data-only SIM, but couple this with a 3rd party VOIP app and it's almost like having multiple phones on the same account. I use the hangouts dialer to make calls on my spares, but it can't answer calls.
