Dunno which "gerber" this is... but Bear Grylls Gerber (https://www.gerbergear.com/) doesn't make any knife with the name Winchester... sounds like a cheap china knife to me!

page for the same knife, it does show made by "Gerber Legendary Blades" in the manufacturer section.
