You cannot beat this brand for time-tested quality. In 2012 Ordered the window unit model El36N35 36000 BTU from
Amazon
for a 30x40 15ft peak roof man cave. Still running strong, keeping it cool in hot FL summers. Ice cold... Not at that rating, but nice N cool... And it never complains.
