Just called They refused to modify my music unlimited. They are charging me $10.99/month. They told me that I can cancel my subscription which I did. I also cancelled my Prime subscription. Amazon is still advertising free 2 day shipping for Prime members. I live 20 minutes away from a Prime Warehouse and 25 minutes away from a Prime Air hub. I haven't seen a delivery for anything in less than 4 days for the last 3 months. I'm totally done with them. They are their own worst enemy.

I live in the United States. Postal Workers in my area work hard and provide excellent service. Also McDonald's workers deserve respect as well.
I cancelled my Music subscription. We just use whatever is available through our Prime subscription, or music we have already purchased. Without going in to specifics.........we were listening to songs off the first album of a very well known group on our Echo Show. The most popular song was not included. Now, sells that album/cd. I have a subscription for music above and beyond my Prime subscription. I should be able to hear anything they sell. When I called the next day I was informed that I needed to pay for the next tier up or some other nonsense. So........cx'ed the extra and guess what? The Sun still came up the next day. Every time someone, like Comcast, raised prices or starts getting stingy we just cut back on the service.
Not sure about Amazon, but Apple's lossless music is basically useless on the device most of us spend our time on. Air pods and ear pods are not supported. - smarttben
