The picture on Costco's product page with the just the main unit show the occupancy sensor at the bottom left, so if photos are accurate, then it's not the lite version.

What kind of terrible heating system do you have that you can smell the oil. In a properly designed system you would never mix the circulated air with the air used to mix in for burning. NEVER!
