Be aware that while is an authorized Denon dealer, many of their subvendors ARE NOT. I don't know if World Wide Stereo is or isn't.
What this means is that unless it's sold and shipped by (it should say so on the page), or an authorized dealer subvendor, Denon will not honor the warranty at all.
The research I have done is dated, but Denon was (hopefully still is) one of the brands using analog audio amplifiers rather than digital and the resulting phenomenal sound quality was definitely worth paying a higher price.
