Yeah, but just the CPU and GPU alone is like $900 retail. This is almost a good deal.

The Dell 8930 has a problem with frequent freeze-ups. This is a known issue; check the Dell forums. My 8930 freezes up several times every hour for about 8 seconds. I have written Dell Support but they don't have a solution.

Update the BIOS to 1.1.10, clean install of 1903, disable Hybrid Sleep, if it has a 1TB Seagate Hard Drive (ST1000DM010) get rid of it. I've set up MANY of these, only one person complained of pausing. I always use Samsung 970 Pro and now Plus M.2 SSD's. I consider the 1TB Seagate trash. She has an 8th Gen CPU, I haven't seen the pausing but if the computer does have a pausing issue I suspect it is the CPU.
