We use these at my work. These products are several years old (Core i3 4th gen processors) but are ok for BASIC computing usage or a PC for parents / grand parents....or maybe a Plex HTPC with a Core i5 CPU.
An SSD would certainly help these out (check out the Prime Day or deals). has an inexpensive 512gb SSD for $39 if you sign up for their promos.
