Sold out, but they still have an i3-10400 with 8GB and a 256GB SSD for $300.

These are a good deal; however, be aware that the power supply does not have any PCIe power connectors for adding a graphics card, and the PC's power supply form factor is proprietary, so you can't upgrade the power supply to add one that has PCIe connectors.. I found out the hard way, but customer service did let me return it.
