This is a gamble - sears might only have just a few years left. They have closed or are reducing in size near me.

^ Garage door openers don't have a lifetime warranty and Sears' openers are made by, use the same parts as Chamberlain. Granted if you buy the cheapest light duty opener, especially if it isn't installed correctly, might have a short lifespan.

On the other hand my opener is about to need a new belt and that costs $75 by itself.
