Watching, and (ahem) "exercising" to more pron, will decrease your headaches, too. Makes sure that the high blood pressure only affects the little head....or so I've heard!

I turn the blue way down on my monitor. Now if only Ben's would get a dark mode. Black has infinitely less blue to block than white does.

The placebo effect is strong. But you get something like 100,000 times more "bluelight" from sunshine than from your monitor. If you want spectacles that might actually help with light sensitivity and migraines, try FL-41 tinted lenses.
