2 GB RAM and 16GB storage? You are most definitely getting what you pay for. Don't install more than a handful of apps. At least the battery life is likely to be good.
Blackview is known for their rugged waterproof phones. If this was one of those models, then it could have been a nice backup phone for rafting adventures, etc.
Some googling makes me think that this is running "Android 10 Go", a more limited and less resource intensive version of the OS. Perhaps that will mitigate the limit hardware resources but likely also make compromises in capabilities.
