My locksmith's opinion is Schlage over the other locks sold at hardware stores e.g. Home Depot, Lowes. Better security and physically harder to pick he said.
I’m a fan of the Kwikset’s Kevo lock. It’s as easy to install as a regular deadbolt and only costs about $50 more. The ability to give “keys” to family and friends is easy to use. Aesthetically, it doesn’t look much different from a regular deadbolt.

I like the Schlage, essentially because the design is nice, and it has a lot of options with Smart security systems. Of course, the major issues with all these Smart lock security technology is that they mostly rely on batteries. If you forget to change batteries or if some smart system is suddenly running and chewing up battery (like what happens in Ring systems), then your use of that Smart system will run into problems.
