These are 30watts..... likely not very bright and possibly dimmer than the stock filament headlights some people have. I know because I've bought several of these LED bulbs before in the past and some were way too dim. The one I was happy with and was brighter (though not blinding) was 80watt 16,000 lumens. The lumen rating is bull and you can't go by that but by the watts, the 30 watt is going to be significantly dim. That's probably why it's so cheap on sale. It's not selling.
Agreed with pipettes101. I've just checked my previous order and mine was 100W. My car has a little wheel behind the headlights that i could adjust and aim the beam down so it's not blinding the oncoming cars.
