Same situation as any of these ready to eat meals, fine as is if you just want quick and easy but better and more nutritious (and lower sodium per volume) if you add some veggies and meat.
The second ingredient after water (expected with pasta) is beef, and it does have 10g protein, so not really deficient like a pack of ramen noodles... the beef is a more significant ingredient than just "flavored".
