I bought a pack of the tiles. One was bricked out of the box. It has been a couple weeks of back and forth with their customer service reps and I am still waiting for a replacement, they are clueless.

A friend lost their keys with a Tile on it... When they tried to locate it, it would give an approximate location... When they involved Customer "service", they said for security reasons they couldn't tell them the exact location of the keys... What a load of ****...
