I guess that means you have to spend $35 x 3 and you're one of the first 130K. Sounds iffy.

    It would have been great if you did the first day but overall it looks like it's great for PayPal for all those people who spend for the cashback but don't qualify. Good job PayPal for your marketing. Bad for everyone else they suckered into a deal which they won't get.

    Confirmed: Got this to work after 3 online purchases at Walmart. Took about 3 days and then the cashback appeared in PayPal. No email or other notice letting me know.
