Not really sure how useful a 120GB SSD is anymore, much less 2 of them. I guess if you have some enclosures laying around, you can make relatively fast, inexpensive(wish) SSD/Flash drives, but it seems more effort than is necessary.
A boot drive for Linux or other lightweight OS. If you have a machine with 32GB RAM, then swap and hibernate will take up more than half the space. Add the rest of the Windows bloat, and you might be on the hairy edge.
