Retrofit LED headlight bulbs (in incandescent housings) are illegal. All of them. The only way to legally have LED bulbs is if they are an integrated assembly from the factory, or include a custom reflector housing.

These are universally terrible. I tried a set, different brand but same appearance, and I could barely see the garage door in front of me. They have the same mountings as H8/H11 bulbs, but a tiny fraction of the light output. Absolutely not safe for driving with.
There's a reason DOT and FMVSS exist, and there's a reason these bulbs aren't certified to those standards.
I couldn't bear to throw 'em out though, so I've been building flashlights around them. They're voltage-agile so an 18v power-tool pack suits 'em just fine, which makes the build really simple. An amount of light which is totally inadequate for seeing 500 feet down the road, is perfectly useful behind a furnace or under a sink.

Of course it is terrible, they are nearly costless to make in China. The seller uses WeChat to advertise these light to WeChat users, just giving 5 stars to exchanged for free one. Not even 5 stars reviews because is closing accounts with free reviews.
